Thanks to the help provided by Harriet, who started the Red Rocks Cultural Centre, we bought the use of the football field at the nearby Technical College (built by the Chinese for the Rwandan Government for free tuition for orphans of the Genocide). In spite of low cloud over the mountains, Chris managed a balloon flight drifting around the field for 15 minutes, the best opportunity in this country of many mountains and no clear space. It makes it special involving the other guests and staff from Red Rocks, some of them delayed their trekking for a day to come and help.
